Yes, you are able to pay for the whole year when you sign up for a Wellness Plan.
An additional $35 one-time membership fee is collected upon enrolment.
Yes, unless you ask us to cancel your plan, it will automatically renew anually.
Your payment information (credit card) is entered into a secure portal when you register for your plan. You can select the withdrawal date between the 1st and 15th of every month based on what's best for you.

Our Pet Wellness Plans provide you an easy-to-manage monthly payment option so you know exactly what your pet's core care will cost every month. Without any surprises.

When you sign up multiple pets at the same time, you will only pay the one-time $35 enrolment fee once (not for each pet).

You can customize your Wellness Plan based on your pet's unique recurring needs, and that includes aging-related requirements! Wellness Plans for older pets include the standard core services, on top of screening for various age-related diseases and disorders.
Implementing regular preventive veterinary care for young animals can help build a foundation for good health their whole lives. When you sign your pet up for a Wellness Plan as a puppy or kitten, puppy/kitten vaccinations are also included in your monthly fee.
If your pet passes away during your 12-month commitment, we will immediately cancel your plan.
Wellness Plans and pet insurance both help you manage the fees associated with your pet's veterinary care, the types of veterinary services they cover are different.
Wellness Plans include preventive care costs (such as vaccinations and routine exams), while Pet Insurance is designed to help cover emergency services, accidents, or specific illnesses.
Wellness plans cover the routine care that all cats and dogs need such as core vaccines, heartworm prevention, flea prevention, and more. You will also get a 10% discount on any other services your pet requires, excluding food and grooming (e.g. dental procedures, spaying & neutering, etc.).
